Reference:

1. When the right foot is lifted, the hips tilt to the left and the center of gravity shifts to the left.
2. When the right foot is lowered, the center of gravity is in the middle.
3. The center of gravity shifts to the right foot and the left foot is lifted.
4. The left foot is lowered and the center of gravity returns to the middle.
